Previous U.S. President Barack Obama is trending on Twitter, due to the 15th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which he signed into law in March 2010.  

This landmark legislation significantly expanded healthcare coverage in the United States.  

Obama’s recent social media activity may have reignited public interest and discussions about the ACA’s impact over the past decade and a half.  Additionally, his personal posts, such as Valentine’s Day and birthday messages to his wife, Michelle Obama, have garnered widespread attention, contributing to his trending status.
