“My son is not gay. He is straight, and people should stop spreading what they don’t know,” she said during the exclusive interview aired on a local podcast.

The Afro-fusion artist, known for his hits like “Last Last” and “Ye,” has found himself at the center of several online rumors, including unfounded claims linking him with individuals in Nigeria’s controversial oil and political circles.

“These daddy oil accusations? Total rubbish. Burna has worked for everything he has. He doesn’t even know those people. Why drag him into what he’s not part of?” his mother continued
