Davido and Chioma are planning a white wedding in Miami

  Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed plans to hold his white wedding ceremony with his wife, Chioma, in August in Miami, USA.

 Davido stated, "I’m doing my white wedding in Miami in August," in an interview with The Breakfast Club. Our traditional marriage shut down Nigeria because our relationship was in the public eye, and a lot has happened, apart from losing our child.”

 The announcement comes 10 months after their lavish traditional wedding, held in June 2024 at Eko Hotels in Lagos, which was attended by top celebrities and dignitaries.

 During the interview, Davido opened up about the strength of their relationship, including the tragic loss of their son, Ifeanyi, in 2022.

 He praised Chioma’s loyalty and grace in handling the pressures of being in the public eye, noting that she has never exploited their private life for fame or attention.

 The upcoming white wedding is expected to be a grand celebration, drawing global celebrities and fans to what promises to be a memorable event.
