 Keeping you up to date on the Trump Administration's daily activities Donald Trump’s tariffs are already seeing a rippling effect on a global scale as he escalates a global trade war.

 The United States will be subject to a 34% retaliatory tariff from China. Farmers of soybeans, corn, and meat in the United States will be most affected by these tariffs. Any vehicle imports from the United States that do not adhere to the USMCA free trade agreement, which Donald Trump himself negotiated earlier, will be subject to a 25% tariff from Canada. Due to Trump's tariffs, Nintendo announces delays in pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2. Target sees a continuous drop in sales after abandoning DEI initiatives. 

 Nike's stock plummets after Trump announces tariffs. As he flew to Miami to participate in the LIV golf tournament at his Doral golf course, which was funded by Saudi Arabia, Trump skipped the dignified transfer of American soldiers who had died in Lithuania. Kamala Harris gives a speech at the Leading Women Defined Summit. In it, she talks about women's empowerment and how her campaign warned about the worsening conditions in the United States. Since the announcement of Trump's tariffs, the US stock market has lost an estimated $2.8 trillion.  After meeting with Laura Loomer, a MAGA social media influencer, Donald Trump fired several members of his National Security Team. Bipartisan legislation is introduced by Republican Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Democrat Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) to require congressional approval for all new tariffs.
