You don’t change a winning team’, Uzodimma explains why Nigerians need Tinubu in 2027

  Hope Uzodimma, the governor of Imo State, has stated that Nigeria needs President Bola Tinubu to grow as it should. Speaking in Lagos over the weekend, the governor and Chairman of the Progressives Governors’s Forum said Tinubu is performing and going beyond the expectations of Nigerians with his policies and style of governance

 "President Tinubu is performing," the governor declared. He is living to expectation.  The winning team does not change. Describing Tinubu as a person who has a national outlook on almost every issue, Uzodimma said Nigerians are lucky to have someone like the president at the helm of affairs

 He added that Tinubu has shown that he is a visionary leader with the right knowledge and courage to steer the affairs of the nation.

 According to Uzodimma, through Tinubu’s economic reforms, the government at the national level has blocked leakages and loopholes that have in turn impacted the government at the sub-national level positively.

 Citing some instances, Uzodimma said the monthly N12 billion allocation to Imo State from the federation has enabled the state to embark on massive development projects.
